We deliver throughout mainland-UK, to Ireland, and across Europe.

Bruno and Fabien take the utmost care with each order. Before any item leaves us, it is scrupulously checked and suitably packaged.

Delivery charges are stated on each product information sheet. If you have more than one item in your basket, the delivery charge is automatically calculated based on the weight and volume of your items to give you the best price.

Feel free to add items to your basket so you can get an idea of what the delivery charge is likely to be. There are no surprises when it comes to bulky orders - shipping is capped at £129 (mainland UK only) and Wanda Collection will take care of the rest.

Your order is packaged in a bespoke cardboard box with tissue paper, polystyrene and wood reinforcements for fragile products (stone, mirrors, etc.)and bespoke pallets are used for delivery.

You will receive an email from Wanda Collection when your order leaves us and a second email from the carrier.

The delivery company will contact you to arrange a delivery day between Monday and Friday.

Your item will arrive on a pallet via the carrier. Deliveries are to your front door (for houses with a ground floor entrance) or the ground floor entrance of your apartment building.

Items will arrive in 6 to 8 days of them leaving our warehouse.

 

DELIVERY METHODS

 

COURIER SERVICE

Parcels leave our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours of the order being confirmed.

Items weighing under 30 kg are shipped using courier service. Parcels will be delivered to your home between Monday and Saturday. If you are out when delivery is attempted, you will be left a delivery notice so you can collect your parcel from your nearest post office.

 

CARRIER

Parcels leave our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours of the order being confirmed.

Items that are fragile or weigh over 30 kg are shipped by a carrier and a delivery slot is scheduled.

Deliveries are to your front door (for houses with a ground floor entrance) or the ground floor entrance of your apartment building.

The carrier will deliver your order within 6 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday) of the parcel dispatch email being sent.

You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange a delivery slot. They will use a telephone number that you gave when you ordered.

 

The drivers are not delivery people. This means that they will not carry your parcel upstairs and will not come into your home.

  

IMPORTANT!

WE RECOMMEND UNBOX YOUR ORDER AND CHECK ITS GENERAL CONDITION BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES.

Then you must check your goods, the packaging and the pallet

If the items have been damaged by the transport, please clearly indicated "refused broken" on the delivery note given bthe shipping company before the carrier leaves. (It is no good just writing “subject to unpacking)

Then take pictures of the damaged product and send it to info@wanda-collection.co.uk so we are aware of what has happened and can advise you of the steps to take.

 

In these circumstances, Wanda Collection will refund you or resend the item.

If this process is not followed, no complaints or claims may be later submitted.
