RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

If you are not satisfied with your order and no more than 30 days have passed since you received it, you can return the items in question.

To return a product, fill in the withdrawal form

 

-We will issue the refund once we have received your parcel.

We will refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs - which you must cover. This will be done either by bank transfer within 14 days, or by crediting your customer account with a voucher equal to the value of the returned item - excluding shipping costs.

Vouchers must be used within six months. The product you return must be intact, in perfect condition for resale and still in its original pristine packaging (including protection) with all accessories. No element can have been washed, soiled or used. You must protect the item carefully to return it.

We will issue a refund for or exchange any item - except for personalised products and items specially made for a customer.

If a product is returned incomplete or in poor condition, we reserve the right to reject it.

Please note that you must cover shipping costs for product returns (from £52 to £150 depending on the item involved; a carrier must be used).

YOU MUST UNBOX  YOUR ORDER AND CHECK ITS GENERAL CONDITION BEFORE THE DRIVER LEAVES.

You must check your goods, the packaging and the pallet.

What to do in case of breakage in transit:

Refuse the parcel and write down this mention ONLY: "refused broken" on the delivery note

It is not enough just writing "subject to unpacking"

If any other annotation appears, the incident will not be covered by insurance.

 

If you have refused your order because it has been damaged in transit, please also take pictures of the damaged product and send it to info@wanda-collection.co.uk   so we are aware of what has happened and can advise you of the steps to take. (7 days for this)

If this process is not followed, no complaints or claims may be later submitted.

The drivers are not delivery people. This means that they will not carry your parcel upstairs and will not come into your home.
